Technocraft Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed for all insiders, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives from August 14, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
