| Fluidomat Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on August 14, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. in Indore to consider and approve the unaudited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to take on record the Limited Review Report by the auditors. The board will also consider the re-appointment of Ashok Jain as Chairman and Managing Director for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. July 1, 2027, and approve the Boards’ Report, Corporate Governance Report and Notice of the 50th Annual General Meeting. |
