<p>RBZ Jewellers Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s insider trading regulations.</p>
