<p>Kanpur Plastipack Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for its directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and connected persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
