SRM Contractors closes trading window for insiders ahead of September results Back
<p>SRM Contractors Limited informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for its directors, key managerial personnel, connected persons, designated employees, and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.</p>
