Urvashi Tilakdhar’s acquisition of 20.65% stake in DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals completed August 1 Back

Urvashi Tilakdhar acquired 1,79,63,064 equity shares, representing 20.65% of DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited, through an off-market inter-se transfer among promoters on August 1, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. The acquisition, involving shares transferred from Lala Bansi Dhar & Sons (HUF) and Mr. Madhav B Shriram, was described as an inter-family gift out of love and affection.
