EMMFORCE AUTOTECH LIMITED announced that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Mehta as Managing Director for a period of five years, effective from October 13, 2026, to October 12, 2031, and the re-appointment of Mr. Azeez Mehta as Wholetime Director, also for five years, effective from October 13, 2026, to October 12, 2031, both subject to member approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 28, 2026.
