| Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited announced the allotment of 1,19,000 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2022, according to a regulatory filing on Monday. The allotment increases the company’s issued and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 1,14,38,10,760, divided into 11,43,81,076 equity shares. The company had previously received in-principle approval for these shares from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited in August 2025. |
