<p>Orient Technologies Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that it will close its trading window for securities dealings starting October 1, 2026, and will reopen it 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
