Purple Finance approves fund raising of Rs 69.30 cr via equity warrants Back
The board of Purple Finance at its meeting held on 06 February 2026 has approved an equity raise of Rs 69.30 crore through equity warrants, comprising 1.26 crore warrants issued at Rs 55 per warrant, subject to applicable regulatory approvals.
