Advent International closes trading window for six months, starting September 30, 2024 Back

<p>Advent International (formerly known as Chirag Sojit Shah) informed the BSE Limited that trading window for the company will be closed for six months, starting September 30, 2024, and will open four hours after the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, are generally made available to the public, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
