January 29, 2027, subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, following a board meeting held on September 3, 2026. Mr. Pandya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat, and has over 22 years of experience in electro-mechanical instrumentation, overseeing projects, operations & maintenance, and the HR department; he is the husband of Mrs. Mita Pandya.</p> |
