| Capital Infra Trust, formerly known as National Infrastructure Trust, announced that its investment manager, Gawar Investment Manager Private Limited, approved the acquisition of 100% equity in Gawar Bhiwani Highway Private Limited, Gawar Kangra Highways Private Limited, Gawar Pathankot Mandi Highway Private Limited, Gawar Udaipur Highway Private Limited, Gawar Waranga Highways Private Limited, and Gawar Rudrapur Highway Private Limited from its sponsor, Gawar Construction Limited, for a total adjusted enterprise value of Rs 29,214 million. The company also seeks unitholder approval to raise up to Rs 26,750 million in capital and to issue up to 16,611,200 units at Rs 75.25 per unit on a preferential basis to Gawar Construction Limited, and appointed Mr. Akhil Banthiya as Chief Financial Officer, while changing the designation of Mr. Amit Kumar to Chief Investment Officer. |
