<p>TruAlt Bioenergy Limited’s board approved the appointment of Dr. Sarvamangala R Patil as an Additional Director, along with an investment of Rs 21.42 crore for a 51% stake in Leafiniti Bioenergy Private Limited and Rs 8.27 crore in TruAlt Sumi Gas Private Limited. The company also appointed Deepak Sadhu as the scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process related to the postal ballot.</p>
