Agarwal & Company, Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting. The appointment, effective from the conclusion of the 14th AGM until the 19th AGM, replaces the existing statutory auditors, M/s. Lalit Agarwal & Co, Chartered Accountants, whose term expires at the 14th AGM. Additionally, the company’s board approved an alteration to its Articles of Association, which proposes to levy fees for inspection of company records, subject to limits prescribed by the Companies Act, 2013.</p> |
