Infonative Solutions acquires 51% stake in Digital Benchers for Rs 1,68,30,000 Back

Infonative Solutions Limited, formerly Infonative Solutions Pvt Ltd, announced that its board approved the acquisition of 5,100 equity shares, representing 51% of the equity share capital, of Digital Benchers Private Limited for Rs 1,68,30,000. Following the acquisition, Digital Benchers Private Limited will become a subsidiary of Infonative Solutions Limited, which is engaged in the business of AI-Based Education Technology Solutions, Information Technology, Software and AI Services.
