Rachit Prints Limited announced the appointment of M/s Lal Ghai & Associates, Company Secretaries, Ludhiana, as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, replacing Mr. Arjunn Kumar Tyagi, who resigned from the position effective July 22, 2026. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at a meeting held on August 3, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
