<p>Ace Software Exports Limited’s Fund-Raising Committee confirmed receipt of Rs 30.25 per partly paid-up Equity Share as the First Call Money for 50,36,721 shares, updating the paid-up value from Rs 4.50 to Rs 7.25 per share and share premium from Rs 45.00 to Rs 72.50 per share, aggregating to Rs 79.75 per share, according to a filing on September 23, 2026, while noting that Rs 1,31,39,995 remains unpaid for the balance 4,34,380 partly paid-up Rights Equity Shares.</p>
