<p>Integra Engineering India Limited informed the BSE Limited that it will close the trading window for dealing in securities for all designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the board meeting approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.</p>
