<p>Knowledge Realty Trust announced that its manager, Knowledge Realty Office Management Services Private Limited, has approved the raising of funds through the issuance of up to Rs 1000 crore through fresh issuance of listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000 each, on a private placement basis.</p>
