The board also approved the Board’s Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, re-appointed M/s Sheetal & Company as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and appointed Mr. Suraj Verma as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
