| <p>Jain Resource Recycling Limited, formerly Jain Resource Recycling Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot, and appointed Prakash Kumar Behera and Kajal Mayur Saiya as independent directors to fill casual vacancies. The company will also seek shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Prakash Kumar Behera and Ms. Kajal Mayur Saiya as independent directors, and for alterations to Clause III(A) of the Memorandum of Association, including substitution of existing sub-clause 4 and insertion of new sub-clauses 9 and 10, through a postal ballot with a cut-off date of October 9, 2026, and results expected on or before November 17, 2026.</p> |
