Telge Global Inc. acquires Wheaton Detailing Services for US $85,000 Back

<p>Telge Projects Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Telge Global Inc., entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on August 31, 2026, to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding ordinary share capital of Wheaton Detailing Services, Inc. ("WDS Inc."), with Andrew J. Wheaton and Patrice Wheaton acting as sellers, for a consideration of US $85,000; WDS Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Telge Global Inc.</p>
