| <p>M R Maniveni Foods Limited announced that its board approved the convening of its 16th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and appointed Mr. Manickam Muthukumar as an Additional Director (Independent) for a term of five years, effective September 5, 2026, and Ms. M Manimegalai as a Non-Executive Director (Non-Executive and Non- Independent) effective September 5, 2026, both appointments subject to shareholder approval.
