| <p>Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited, formerly Accord Transformer & Switchgear Private Limited, announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Shalini Singh as Whole Time Director, along with the company’s Directors’ Report and Annual Report for fiscal year 2025-26, to be presented at the 12th Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026. The board also approved a reallocation of Rs 700 Lakhs from capital expenditure to construction of a building and expansion of plant capacity, and the implementation of an Employee Stock Option Plan, "ATSL ESOP 2026," for up to 500,000 stock options.</p> |
