PAN HR Solution appoints Pushkar Singh Negi as CFO, effective August 2026 Back

PAN HR Solution Limited, formerly known as PAN HR Solution Private Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Pushkar Singh Negi as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 14, 2026. The company’s board also approved an alteration of Article 101(D)(i) of its Articles of Association, which will require shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to align the appointment of the Managing Director and Whole-time Director with the Companies Act, 2013.
