<p>Shankesh Jewellers Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for directors, promoters, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.</p>
