| <p>Merritronix Limited, formerly Merritronix Pvt Limited, approved the appointment of M/s. L A and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years starting from fiscal year 2026-27, and M/s. Agarwal & Ladda as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, during a board meeting held on September 3, 2026. The board also approved a working capital loan of Rs 3 crore from CSB Bank Limited and Rs 4 crore from Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) under the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS), and a Memorandum of Understanding with Technid Solutions and Krisemi Design Technologies Private Limited for strategic alliance. Additionally, Merritronix approved a revision in the Managing Director’s remuneration, including a sales commission of 0.25% up to a cap of Rs 40.00 lakh per annum.</p> |
